Terms And Conditions

Every person checking into the motel and actually occupying or utilising our services shall be personally responsible for all charges, not withstanding that the account may be being paid by a third party on an account. It is a condition of that occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for damage to or loss of property, which the occupier or his/her guests may bring onto these premises. Please also be aware the room standard is to be maintained and a surcharge will be applied for extra cleaning for rooms left excessively dirty or where there has been smoking in rooms.

The owner, licensee and motel operator are not liable for loss of goods or personal injury by occupants

Cancellations

All cancellations are to be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival or full room rate will apply.

Public Holiday Surcharge

A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays for all group bookings.

Smoking

New England Motor Lodge has a non-smoking policy.
